where are the sys reqirements?

another newbie question, where does one find  the system requirements for this baby. if someone would post a reply here, because i havent got a server lined up yet so i need to know just what load my thingy needs to handle. also would 200 MB and unlimited data transfer work?

PHP 4.0.4 or better
mySQL 3.22 or better
5Mb of webspace for a medium size board (Including database and 1.3Mb of files)


I personally wouldn't run it on anything older than PHP 4.0.6 though.
