[Done 1.4.1] New Indicator for IMs

This mod is for YaBBSE 1.4.0 / 1.4.1 ONLY!

This mod changes the layout of the IM text from "4 messages, 2 are new" to: "4 messages NEW" as you see with new posts on the boards.

Nope, no problems.  And as a challange, I installed it through Boardmod while guiding my mouse with my toes instead of my hand!!

Well I was making a mod on this, mulitple sounds choices from im mailbox prefrences. I think I will just move on now....

Is this Mod available for YaBB SE 1.3, as well?

Unfortunately, no. In 1.4.0 there were some changes made where it would track which IMs you had and hadn't read. Therefore this mod will only work on 1.4.0 and above.

I believe there was a mod made for 1.3.0 which did the same thing [tracking read IMs] so it might be possible if that mod was installed.

Yes it would be possible if you installed the one for 1.3.1 first, but I don't have the one for 1.3.1 any longer. Maybe someone else has it?

Thanks for this mod.  Several times I've tried to IM someone who was online, but they logged off without noticing.  This should get their attention.  

I would also like to see some kind of pop up IM messages, so they couldn't help but see it, and you could have an ICQ style session with them.
