It's there already this in the admin section of the board.  :P
View inactive members and then specify the number of days

However, there needs to be a new version that does not focus on inactivity, but those with zero posts.

So the ability to delete people with zero posts that have existed for X time or longer.

thats what I was thinking last night :-) good idea, delete users with X posts with the last being X days ago
