It would be cool if you could set the posting time per ip to different tiems for different membergroups,
guests, members, g-mod, admin

or even break down the members into their different membergroups.

This mod would allow you to control spamming well also allowing your good members to not be punished and have to wait a long time to post.  Any interest?
