Instant YaBB creation mod?

Here is a site I came across by accident. http://www.forums-r-us.0hx.com

Yet another "free message board hosting" service (something like bravenet.com board hosting)
but using YaBB SE  

I am not a frequent visitor here (YaBB Community)... is this a released mod? I would like to host YaBBs for my clients, but I don't want to install 20+ YaBBs on 20 different directories. I need "instant creation" or some sort of "multi YaBB setup"

all u need is an archive of the YaBB data, and a Copy of the MYSQL dump, then a php script which extracts the archive to a new folder on your server with the clients name (eg client Paukl, folder www.yourdomain.com/Paul/ ) then it creates the Yabb DB with the prefix of the client (eg Paul_Settings)

But you can't get each users folder, a full 1.3.1 install,  down to 60 kb like we have done at Boardnation.
