INSTALLER HELP!!

I get stuck at the page where it asks for MySQL server name, username, password...etc.  I think it's step 3.    I don't know the username and password.  I tried the username and password from teh FTP account, but that didn't work.  I uploaded yse130.ya in binary and install.php in binary, those were the only two files in the yabbse folder.  Are there some additional i need or soemhting??? please help!!

You need to ask your host for those values.
