Forum Just Installed... Login Problems (URGENT)

I have just installed a new forum for a friend on Tripod (UK) at http://members.lycos.co.uk/leafhockey/forum/index.php. It seems to be installed properly, but when you login, it appears that you are logged in, but you are not enabled to do anything as a member, and you are still treated as a guest.

Go ahead! Try it out!

Please tell me how to fix this ASAP! Thank you!
