Registered users can't login

I just recently began receiving complaints that the board I have setup on my webserver will allow people to register, and it confirms the registration and everything, including sending an e-mail.  However, when the user attempts to login they get a 'user not found' error.  When I first installed the board everything was just fine and dandy, but it must have been about a week or so ago that it started fouling up.  I don't believe I changed anything, maybe one of my other admins did something.

Any suggestions?

Download the bugfix package and install it.  That should fix some errors.
