Who is doing mod [gather detail]

As have been requested by Savavn in myUserBrowsing Mod

The current idea are...

1. You get the new bar om BoardIndex.. telling the action of user that is not on any board...

2. You get the new bar at the MessageIdex.. telling the action of user on current board.. that they are browsing or posting or replying or reading..

3. You get the separate page telling all users action. this page can be reached by clicking on the bar in BoardIndex.

And for the action..I don't think.. it shouldn't be too detailed...

Which actions you don't think they are important, please tell me to remove.. or which actions you want to see please list them for me.

? I Think It Would Be More Neat IF You Could Click On The Users Name And Select It In Their Profile.. Only Viewable To Admins And Moderators...

Also You Could Be Like Vb And Add It To The Forum Jump Menu *if anyboady actually uses it* which i do..
