how to login as webmaster again?

Reinstalled my YaBB software and there hade been 2 webmasters and I deleted the other one, but now I can'y login at all?

Any advice....how to do'it?

Download the admin restore tool or fix it in phpmyadmin.  http://www.yabb.info/adminrestore.zip

Place it in the directory as Settings.php and call it up in your browser, will restore admin rights to the user you specify.

It didn't worked, it restored or I believe it restored something...but I can't still login with resored name.
I was in maintenance mode when deleted double second admin name, does this affect adminrestore?
 What should be done to get in again?
