Your host is running PHP in safe mode. Did you install the safe mode version of YaBB SE?

How long has this been happening?  Does it happen when you try to do other thigns too?  Are you sure all of your directories are chmodded correctly and the paths in your Settings.php are correct?  Sorry for all the questions but we need those answers to try and figure out what is going on.

yes download bufix and remove the coekie's and lcheck cmod
