How do I convert SWF > GIF?

I'm using swish so I can't just save it as GIF.

I need a program or tool that let's me do this.

I'm no good at flash, and it takes ages to make stuff in it, I just need a program to convert SWF > GIF I know it's possible, other people do it....

Use flash itself.  Download the demo, open the file from swish, and then export it as a gif.
