Please tell me why Yabb didn't email password

Hello,
Will someone please tell me why Yabb did not email me my password? I was trying to register for the Rat Fan Club message board, and I picked my screen name, and it said that Yabb would email me a password. Well, I never got a password in my email. Then I tried to click on "Forgot Password" so that Yabb would email me a new password, and I have still not received a password. It recognizes that the screen name I chose is not available, so I know that my registration "took". Please tell me how I can login without a password, since this stupid bulletin board isn't working and there is no way to ask the company for help.
