Cookies Problem

I have a cookies problem with my forum and I know that I have to change this stuff:

$Cookie_Length = 60;         # Cookies will expire after XX minutes of person logging in (they will be logged out after)
$cookieusername = "XX";         # Name of the username cookie
$cookiepassword = "XX";         # Name of the password cookie

but what do I change the username and pass to?

mypassword23 and myusername or something like that!
it´s only to change if you have/vistit other forums with the same cookienames!

Like mediman said....change it to anything you like, except blank

and no spaces and wierd characters just these characters
a-z, a-Z, 0-9
