Global mod center

I have begun making a global mod center, but I want to know what yall think Global Mods should have access to do.

So far the only options they can do is edit news, ban people, and set censor words. What other functions do you want the Global Moderators to have?

Ok, I also decided to let global mods choose reserved names as well.

I think I will set it up so admins can choose what global mods can and can't do.

Well I am almost done, everything works perfectly so far. I still have to make the options in the admin center that choose how much the global mod can do.

I also need to make it so the global mod can view ip addresses.

So far the mod has 17 steps. I big jump since my biggest one before this was only 2 steps. It modifies 6 files so far. This is only my second mod, but I feal really proud of the way this one is turning out.

Just one part left to go, the admin center and choosing what the global moderator can and cannot do.
