Admin logout problem

When I log in now it logs me in fine, but when I go to the admin section it logs me out and wont let me enter, but it still shows me as being online on the forum stats, but yet I'm not, and am also registering as a guest.  I heard that the fact that my board is hosted on lycos Tripod could be the reason, but why then did it work for weeks after I installed it and not now?  Thanks!
