Different Avatar Sizing

I didn't see anything on this topic and I could be wrong, but how about something that will restrict avatar's sizes but not resize the avatar. I have people putting huge pics on my boards and I don't want to end up putting the resize on because it will ruin the look of other user's avatar's.

This would be a great idea for a mod.

Also, how about the ability for users to upload avatars to the forum's server (with filesize limitations, of course). I know phpBB has this feature, and it's pretty nice. Or has someone already done a mod to cover this?
