Trouble changing settings (Permission Denied)

When I go to for example Forum Preferences and Settings, the page opens about half way and then this error comes:

2: OpenDir: Permission denied (errno 13)
(/export/home/rhaz/www/forums/Sources/Admin.php ln 931)

Is your Sources dir chmoded to 777?

That function is used for listing all the language files - it's trying to read the root folder, so it looks like a permission setting on the root folder.

If 777 doesn't work, try 755.
