No, it's just you.  Change your passwords as he may know them.  You have no clue what has happened don't go making assumptions.  And from working with you, I know you're not very knowledgeable about this stuff.  How about asking him what he did or is doing?

You should have changed your password after I reset it  

If you know you who this guy is then turn him in, also your host looks to be using Name Based hosting which IMO is not as secure,as oposed to IP based hosting, pretty much anyone with a password can get into your PHPMYADMIN and change things, thats what I did to fix your first problem.

It looks now like your files have deleted.

I do not know how your host is setup but someone form another account on that system should not be able to delete your files.

This does not look to me as a YABBSE security issue.

Yes, thats what I meant.  

@Kick_Flip, I know your board was working after I was done, I logged in several times just to make sure, I even saw other members logged in as well, I tried again this morning and my account I created on your board was deleted, so I assumed you did it, which is what you should do. When I saw your post today, I tried to access your site, and I got a 403 message, so I FTP'ed back into your account and saw that your YABBSE source files were infact deleted.

Why am I telling you this ?, because I was in your account, in no way did I delete any files on your system, all I did is modify two settings in Setting.php and reset your MySQL password to the one in your Settings.php.

I have deleted the PM you sent me with your server info.

And if someone "hacked" SE, they couldn't delete your files...more like they guessed your password or soemthing for your site...

Yeah, seems so. I had an similar incident once but that time the administrator's password for the server was hacked and my files deleted.
