is there anywhere where my users can use the attachment feature to attach their picture to thier profile intead of it being linked , let me know is this possible?

you can put a little upload script instead the link!

best way i think is the picture automatically to rename (username.jpg or something like this) and if the user uploads anotherone it will be overwritten.
