hi
Im new at this thing.
When i go to my web site and both install.php and yse130.ya are on and i go to the instal.php page and it comes up like this (go to it and u will see)

can some on help plz!

The popup said something about no-netip.  Are you able to run php scripts?

its running of a sever put it does not have real domain name
