Errors: not a valid MySQL result resource

I have been working on this for about two days and cannot find a solution. Here is what I am doing and the respective errors (ignore the path to my directory, Im just putting that here for the post),

When a user tries to login:

2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(d:\path to my directory\Sources\Load.php ln 142)


When I try to view a proifle:

2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(d:\path to my directory\Sources\Profile.php ln 694)


When I register as a new user, it says "Success" ok, but then when I try to login I get:

Username does not exist. - theusername: theuserspassword

Everything else such as browsing messages, layout, etc is fine.

My system is Win2k Server IIS 5
PHP Version 4.1.2
mySQL 3.23.49a - running as mysql-max-nt service

I have already done the Repair functions on all of the tables and they are fine.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be most appreciated.

Are you running 1.3.0 ? Did you install the bug fix package?

Yes I forgot to mention that. I am indeed running 1.3.0 and the bugfix.
