Failed Opening in settings

After my upgrade from 1.1.0 I recieve these errors.  Could someone point me in the direction to waht I did wrong and how I can fix it please

Warning: Failed opening '../Settings.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/sites/site182/web/yabbse/index.php on line 2

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/sites/site182/web/yabbse/index.php:2) in /home/sites/site182/web/yabbse/index.php on line 3

Also, did you make any changes to php.ini lately?

Having a REAL tough time getting on via FTP.  It connects and then disconnects right away...very weird.

There you go.  The index.php that you had loaded in the main directory looked for settings and then loaded boardulr so it was the index that normally site in the Sources folder :)

Should be fine now.
