when members that are banned visit my forum, they see a screen saying something like you are not allowed to view this forum or something...well can someone tell me how to add some text below that notice that says something like "To discuss your banning email the admin..."

can someone tell me the file needed to do this and where to add it

Search the english.lng file for the text that displays.  $txt[430] has banned text in it, you could always add on to it.

i added on to it, logged in as a banned member and it did not work...
