is there any way for admins to see peoples passwords, as u cant do it from ftp any more like you could in Y1G

in phpmyadmin the passwords are encrypted :-\


or am i just not doing it rite


btw im using the phpmyadmin built into tripod

hmmm, i messed with the phpmyadmin to try and de-encrypt my password and somehow i managed to change my password. also, i messed my sendmail program thingy up, so i cant go i forgot my password  :'(


any ideas?

Create a new user account on your forum with a password you know. Then go to phpMyAdmin and get the password from that user and paste it into your account's password field. It should then inherit that password, and then you can delete the temporary user you created.
