Integration with phpWebSite

I have been thinking of changing my site over to a content-managed site, and was pleased with phpWebSite.  I want to know what I need to do to integrate YaBB SE into that?  I guess first thing is to get the phpWS to "wrap" around it, and then link up the database for the two so when you log into the site, it automatically logs you into the board, but I have no experience in this.  Can anyone help?
