Safe install

I donwloaded the safe install files, uploaded them as they suposed to be uploaden in ascii and binary,...

When i go my install.php... it says the server is in safe mode and i should download the safe installer...but i have... :o

What am i doing wrong... ::) ???

I installed the previous version now also safe...but now i think my server hasnt got mysql...cuz step 3 fails...

Help plz?

That's tha error i get ??? i put in localhost as path to mysql...

You have to ask your host, that is a problem with the mySQL...
