Move current board to different server

How can I move a board to another server?  Can I copy it and post it in another location?

all u want to do is dump your mysql files and then upload your board at a new location, reinstall it and then place the dump into phpmyadmin.  Thats a little simplified but I dont know how much harder it gets.
