Preinstalled mods don't work

I am trying to activate mods in the "Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options" section and when I change them and click 'Save' it resets them to the previous settings.

I am mostly interested in getting the attachments working....

Tried several searches, but apparently did not have the right combination...

I read your post and changed the file.  Now it allows me to put in checks in the checkboxes, but it won't save any dropdown box changes and all the mods I activated are not working either (even though they are checked).

Nevermind.  I found there were 2 instances of the  ModdSettings.pl to change... all working now
