Attachments URL messed up

I had some server issues and all my Mod Settings and Preferences got messed up.  Now when I try to enter a attachments URL it never saves it, I go back to check it and the text field is empty.  Do I enter it as follows: "http://www.mysite.coolfreepages.com/yabbse/attachments/".  The upload path is correct and the attachments get uploaded, I just cant see them on the messages.  I see the default http with our routing to the appropriate dir.???

Nevermind, I was having trouble accessing mySql db, ahhh I cant wait to get of these crappy free servers!
