Install problems with step 4... major slowness

OK i am currently on step 4 of the install i am trying to install the 1.0.0 version of Yabb.  I am not in safe mode, and that is fine.  pass word and username were fine.  

The problem is that my web browser (IE 5.1 Mac) has been loading step 4 for for like 30 mins now.  Is it supposed to take wicked long or something?  It isn't frozen or anything the globe thing is still spinning, and the status bar keeps moving..

Any thoughts?

Press top after a long period and see if any errors are sent to the screen.
