I want to make a variable ($Avatar) equal to the number in the settings table (variable avatr, number 100) how di I do it?

Would
Code Select
$avatar = $modsettings['avatar']
work?

Jeff I need this to completemy Mod

I also need to know y My mod keeps reseting the Variable in the settings Table to BLANK when ever I save changes, What do I need to do to make it save the number in the Box? I have used the exact code other Modders have used to ave, and it works for em just not for me!

Plz help.

Being a developer is not easy half of the people wnat you to respond to questions here and now, and the other half wants you to get the new version finished and release it...  :D  :D

anyway, getting the dang thing commented/documentd wouldnt hurt either  ;D  ;D

I don't understand well: you have a value in the settings table and you want to make a var equal to this value?

on the MYSQL settings table there is a value "Avatar" (which is equal to any number)

and I want the Profile.php page to recognise the var $avatar as the value "Avatar" in the settings table!
