Installation Error-Step 8 and Beyond v.1.1.0. Non-Safe

I got as far as this screen:

An administrator account has been created, you can now proceed to your newly created board.Please remember to delete install.php or rename it so it can't be executed, and to chmod your installation dir to something other than 777

When I tried to go to my site after this, I got this message:

Does anyone know why this is and how can it be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
