How do i make the agreement and the yes/ no bluish area a different color?

if its not controlled by the CSS then you have to edit the source file and look thru the code to find the correct HTML.

I had that problem too, you have to edit a file in your sources directory, not sure which one now.. it's a bit of a pain as when you have #cccccc links on a #f5f5f5 background, it's near impossible to see the links to the forum rules

What the? its fine for me, after i set my colours in forum preferences and settings, of course.
