On my forum (YaBB SE 1.1.0) some users seem to have problems with submitting the € sign. Instead of the €, &# 8364; (without the space) is being displayed. Is this a bug or is it because they are using Internet Explorer 5.5 or something?

For YaBB SE boards, the € symbol is displayed correctly for Windows 2000 users only if they have upgraded to IE6.0.
