I'm receiving this error.

An Error Has Occurred!

2: Unable to create 'Settings.bak': Permission denied
(/home/njtjcom/public_html/forum/Sources/Admin.php ln 805)

Can anybody help me with this??

create an empty file called settings.bak and chmod it to 777

Sorry, didn't help.  Did I have to make any changes in the admin.php?

Did you check that you did create "Settings.bak"
  • spell correctly (capital S)
  • create in the correct directory
  • chmod 666 Settings.bak
Maybe you check once more. It should work.

Andrea,

Thanks for the fix!

Creating Settings.bak in the main \yabbse directory solved the problem for me.
