sorry if this is the wrong board for this, but i saw a link in the 1.4.0 thread for the 1.3.0 version of pm alerting however that link appears to be dead and my searches are coming up empty...anyone have this mod?

Well this is my mod, and yes the link is dead, that is because 1.4.0-1.4.1 has it built in(hence I removed that mod zip from my server).

Maybe someone using 1.3.0 still and has it?(because I don't anylonger).

...yeah if anyone has it i'd be VERY appreciative!

i'm too scared to upgrade cause of all the mods i have now, but maybe i'll have to...

Well you can always reinstall the mods after you upgrade.

true, but i have about 4-5 mods installed and i'm scared of the new versions of them not interacting database-wise with what's already there...

it's not a big deal...i'll backup everything and make the jump if nobody can cough it up!  ;)

My board used to be 1.3.0, then we just decided to upgrade, out of nowhere. ;D Installation went by without a hitch. Worked PERFECTLY :) Even though I hadn't installed/messed around with any mods on that version, so I don't know how big of a problem that would be.

I'd suggest upgrading, just so you can be cool, and say you have the newest version ;)

well, i have gone through several past upgrades, but when installed mods have db tables of their own, it gets a little more scarier...

if it ain't broke don't fix it, ya know?  if someone has the 1.3 pm alert mod then that would be most favorable...

otherwise, i will try the upgrade and hope it doesn't wreak havoc

Is it correct that a PM alert mod is built into 1.4 and forward? (Like a bell or some sound playing whenever you get a new message?)

Is this working? (I am on 1.1.0, working on upgrading in the next few weeks.)
