I don't seem to have any help files

Hi,
  For whatever reason, the package I installed didn't have any help files. At first I thought I just missed it with the safe mode install but after checking the original package that I downloaded, I see that there was nothing in YaBBHelp.

Did I miss something???

Did you get 1.0.0?  Download 1.1.0 safe mode version, I am pretty sure they are in there.

Yes, I did install 1.0

I am very new to php and MySql. But managed to get 1.0 working Would you recommend I actually install 1.1.0 or just pluck the help files out?

Just pluck the help files for now.  1.3 should be here pretty soon and the upgrade seems to go quite well so it will probably be better for you to wait.

Thanks. I did just pluck the files and everything is fine.

Later I also tried to upgrade but it wasn't going so well. (kept telling me I needed safe mode but that is what I uploaded...)

anyway...

I will try again at version 1.3 Thanks for the heads up.

The upgrade to 1.3.0 has had no problems as of yet as far as the upgrade path has gone...
