Won't accept Admin saves.

Just installed a new forum and everything 'seems' to be ok EXCEPT for the following...

I login as Admin, go to the control panel to change something, and when I go to save it I get this message;

"You are not allowed to access this section"

At that point I notice that it has loged me out and I am a 'guest'.

What could be wrong?

try going to www.yourdomain.com/board/index.php instead of www.yourdomain.com/board/

It is going to index.php. I'm assuming you are talking about the URL.

when ihad this problem i had to chmod setitngs.php to 755.. dunno why it wokred but its worth a shot ;)
