WANTED - Disable Post Hog Mod

I think someone should make a 'Disable Post Hog' Mod which would enable an Admin to prevent 'Post Hogs' from upping their 'post count' by replying with only smilies or one word answers.  Posts of this calibur would not increment a users post count or an even better idea would be to have the mod subtract from a users post count every time they made a useless post.

Well, then they could write two words in post or two smilies. ;)
Maybe a mod, that could decide how many intelligence points a post gets. :D Science fiction? Maybe. :)

I made a nice little mod that made certain "Post Hog" member's post counts go down each time they posted!
