[REQUEST] allow global mods and normal mods to ban/change member's status

is there a way that global mods and normal mods (say their position is set as "Forum Moderator") would be able to either have access to the admin center or be able to ban and change the status of a member via their profile ? is ther a simple piece of code I could add like where it checks to see if the member is an admin, it could check if their status is "Global Moderator" or "Forum Moderator" ?
