I am receiving the following Admin error:
An Error Has Occurred!
2: fopen("./public_bbs/yabbinfo.xml", "w") - No such file or directory

I have two forums running and get the sam error in both after updating to YaBB SE 1.10. I've done the upload in safe mode - overwriting files after modifying my settings.php file. I have also not uploaded my Template files since this is a custom file that I don't wish to overright.
I've made no changes within Admin.php, but don't understand the error since the directory that it discusses is accessible and set to chmode @ 777 with all files within at 666 setting. I've also made sure that any particular file which did not overright was manually copied to allow the newer (modified setting files to overwrite the older file.
Can anyone help me by explaining what I might have done wrong. I also ran the upgrade.php and modified the database. I am not able to enter the administration functions and don't know what steps I need to make to correct the problem.
