Administrator lock-out... HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how it happened, but my admin password was reset.

When I checked the database, there is some unintelligible string of characters. I checked my email, and sure enough I got a message that my pw had been reset, and now it's some funky string that DOES NOT WORK. I tried copying and pasting; no dice.

HOW DO I RESET MY ADMIN PASSWORD?!!

To top it off... I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM PERSON I need to ban ASAP.

First, if you look in the database, the password will look like an "unintelligible string of characters" because it is double encrypted...it's for security.  When you do a forgot password, the next weird string you get is a random password, enter it and you'll be just fine...

It worked!

And I went ahead and changed my pw once I got logged in.
