Error from step 6 -7

Ok I did a search and didnt come up with anything that matched so here goes:

I get this error after Step 6 when Im trying to add an admin account:

Error: No Database Selected

Now, obviously connection to the database worked the first time since I'm already in step 6.  Everything was correct the first time, and I corrected all the default settings in settings.php as well...Any Ideas?

wrong username and password .... simple as that.

if you did type them in correctly, maybe they're case sensitive.
