Modifying member profile by admin cp

I have a user that forgot their password, upon entering the "modify" area for this members account, I reset their password to a new one, but then, when I scroll down to the bottom of the page where I should be able to save the changes, I see the following error message:

An Error Has Occurred!

2: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory
(/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ourhost.net/httpdocs/php/YaBBse/Sources/Profile.php ln 159)
 
I checked the CHMOD permissions on this directory(777) and this file(666). I think this is correct. Any ideas as to what I need to do to correct this problem? I am stumped again.

Make sure you have facesdir set correctly in the Settings.php file.  It looks like it should be:

Code Select Expand

/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ourhost.net/httpdocs/php/YaBBse/YaBBImages/avatars

That did the trick, I don't know how I missed that one line in the settings file? Must have been very tired when I edited it that night. Sorry to have bothered you and thanks for the help.

It doesn't work on every server - had the same problem with the short path and YaBB Gold and my server.
