Banning from Categorie

I hope you people can help:

I wan't to be able to ban sertain members from a categorie because they are being stupid or for any other reason.

I tryd this by making a new membergroup and then by letting all groups but that one acces to that section, but now there is a little problem with that since there are (i think) diverent types of groups, member group that goos by postcount, and the moderator group / sup. moderator / admin / other groups.

When I give access rights to the section and letting all groups have access to that section but not the banned group noone with normal userstatus can get in anymore
(members that reside in a membergroup per postcount and not something like moderator)

In short: I just like to be able to disallow some members from having access to a categorie...

I hope I made my point a litte bid clear..
