It wont let me Login as Administrator?????

I chose my name and everything then I sign in and try to view the Admin option, it says an error has occured, you do not have access???

You are not allowed to access this section

Now you said you had an error on Step 4, did it eventually work?  Did you get to add the administrator account ok?  If not, then your admin account wasn't set up...

Nope it still just froze, so I set up a whole new board. I dont understand why it wont let me log in, I set myself up as a administrator??????
