Host needs help

As a hosting company, we have a number of customers running this yabb php version

We however get them locking themselves out of their own files..

usually the files ownership gets changed to nobody and then when they want to delete the files they cant.

Yabb seems very bad at doing this.

is there anything we can do to prevent this because it is a pain

yes

we run in safe mode, therefore they have downloaded the safe version

we use suexec and chroot to make sure everything is run under their usercode

hope this is enough info
