Okay I have a forum in English.. and I want to keep it that way as well.. but is it possible (somehow) to write messages in hebrew?

Everytime that someone tries to write a message in Hebrew.. they get all kind of gibberish...
this:

&#1513;&#1500;&#1493;&#1501; &#1489;&#1497;&#1493;&#1512;&#1503;

even when they have a hebrew enabled system...

Just wondering..

YaBB SE currently has some language issues... hebrew has been added to the list with asian languages that has the same output problem.
