Login Problems

For some reason, I can't login (it says "You should fill in a username.") or register (it says there are illegal characters in the username when there aren't any.)

What can I do to fix this?

The same error as when you try to login happens when a guest tries to post.

I really need help.  My board aren't doing anything but sitting there, unused... :'(

Your cookies might be screwed or you have checked out "disallow guest from doing anything but register" in which case they must be logged on to use the forum
